About me:
I’m a self-taught cartoonist with a passion for character design, 2D animation, and writing. I am 20 years old and have been creating art since the dawn of time, basically. Thanks for stopping by!
I use procreate and various animation softwares to create my works. I am a ‘jack of all trades’ sort of creative, so if you’re interested in anything not listed here, feel free to inquire because I’ll probably do it.

My biggest boundary is for profiction / propara / proship / darkship folks to not interact with me. I won’t harass you, I would just like to be left alone, please. Also I don’t care for queer discourse / useless infighting; so if you identify yourself in good faith, I’m cool with you- this includes neopronoun users!

Terms of service:
I, Dakota Cane (the artist), will not draw or associate with any unsavory medias including but not limited to: nsfw of canonical minor characters, nsfw of feral or anatomically accurate animals, or hate speech; furthermore, I reserve the right to terminate service(s) and communication at any point if the commissioner engages with any of the aforementioned or anything else that I am uncomfortable with.
After the first progress sketch has been completed and sent to the commissioner, refunds are no longer available. This, however, does not mean you’re stuck with with the likeness of the original sketch; the commissioner is allowed up to 5 revisions.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork but do NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork. I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social profiles and portfolios, but I will NOT continue to further profit from it unless the commissioner breaks my terms of service.
You (the commissioner) are not permitted to run my art through or otherwise associate it with artificial intelligence programs under any circumstances. The commissioner is not permitted to redistribute any of my works, commissioned or not, for profit unless explicit written consent is given by me (the artist). The commissioner is not permitted to make any alterations to the final piece without my explicit written consent; this includes altering or removing my watermark(s).
Violating any of the aforementioned terms of service automatically results in the nullification of the contract as precedented by me (the artist). Please note that there will be no physical copy of the commissioned artwork unless I (the artist) explicitly agree to provide a physical copy, as my services are in digital format.
